Returns & Refunds

30 days. If it doesn't work, you pay nothing.

The 30-Day Guarantee

Email us within 30 days of delivery. Tell us it didn't work. We refund the full amount — no forms, no return shipments, no friction. We've offered this since day one because we've never had to use it on a product that was used correctly.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@realigning.store within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and a brief note on what happened.
  3. We process refunds within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Bundle Returns

For The Posture System Bundle: you may return the entire bundle within 30 days for a full refund. Partial bundle returns are handled case by case — email us and we'll sort it out.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or stops working within 90 days, we'll replace it at no cost. Send a photo and your order number and we'll ship a replacement within 48 hours.

Shipping Costs

We cover return shipping costs for defective items. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping (or simply keep the product — we still refund you).
